Foster has taken to biting. I'm hoping it's just because he's teething and so it feels good to have some pressure on those swollen gums, but man or man does it hurt. Luckily (?) he seems to prefer biting his momma and so I'll end up with little teeth marks all over my stomach as his raspberry sessions turn into a bitefest. I had heard the best way to deal with a biting baby was to say 'OW' loudly, set them down, and walk away. Unfortunately, Foster thinks the 'OW' is funny, and now that he can walk with no problem he just follows me when I walk away. The only time it really works to show him I'm upset is to put him in his crib after he bites and to say 'no biting!'.
However, as of late he has a new tactic. He'll bite me and then he'll yell 'OW' really loudly. Little jerk.
