Shoes

Foster loves shoes. I'm really not sure where it comes from because he didn't even really start wearing shoes until relatively recently when he started 'walking' around outside more often. He doesn't even really love shoes on his own feet as much as he likes shoes in general.

If he's walking around and he sees a shoe he can't help but walk over to it and step on it. It's almost like he's drawn to the most uneven terrain available to try and conquer it. If he's in his bouncer (which is next to our shoe rack) he'll spend time pulling as many shoes down from the rack as possible and then step on them. A few times he's been successful in pulling over the whole rack so we've had to secure it.

I wonder if this obsession will turn into a love of shoes...or a love of stepping on things.
