Another boy!!

We found out that Foster is going to be a big brother to a little brother! So excited. I was really looking forward to having brothers. We did things a little differently this time around and had a blood test for genetic defects, that test also told us the sex of the baby. So no little baby penis on an ultrasound, just a piece of paper (actually an email) that said we were having a healthy baby boy....plus some medical mumbo jumbo about rates and tests that all pointed to good things.

I'm so grateful that we get to reuse all of Foster's clothes and other more gender specific things. Not that I wouldn't put a girl in blue, but it's nice to know we won't need to invest in new shoes or dresses. It also helps that new baby will be born the same time as Foster so they should hit the need for the same clothes in the same seasons, assuming that they grow at about the same rate...fast.

I look forward to our ultrasound at 20 weeks when we can see the little guy. So hard to believe that this little boy will have his own personality, own way of doing things, and maybe even his own little look (though blond and blue eyes are likely).
